leadership and communication styles to the situation. “Flexibility” is
the key ... not treating every individual and situation the same.
Having set the direction of the organization, today’s effective
leader draws from a menu of approaches for inspiring the workforce
and increasing involvement and “ownership” at all
levels. Confidence and trust in the leader depend entirely on
the manner in which the leader approaches the team. This module
uses the insights and principles of Situational Leadership® to
assess individual leadership styles and analyze typical leadership
situations.

Program Description
This module focuses on the development of a working knowledge
of the leadership styles that enhance productivity and profitability,
and places an emphasis on understanding ways to gain employee
involvement and trust. Leadership and communication styles are
explored through the use of Situational Leadership® assessments
that can be expanded to include 360° feedback. Participants
identify effective leadership behaviors and learn how to use
these to promote high performance and develop their people.
