Program Description
This module give participants an opportunity to recognize the
positive elements of having an open environment free of harassment
and abuse. Participants discuss the value of respecting others
and the manner in which they prefer to be treated. Participants
concentrate on the legal requirements and company policy and
practices that are designed to provide such an environment. Additionally,
participants discuss the elements of sexual harassment and identify
ways to ensure that harassment does not occur in the workplace.
Current legal case summaries, questions and answers are provided.
