Today, leaders must continually adapt their leadership and communication styles to address diverse situations, new challenges, and emerging opportunities. Program Description
Fundamentals of Leadership will help managers and executives understand the leadership styles and techniques most likely to enhance productivity and profitability, improve employee involvement, and build trust. This module explores leadership and communication styles through the use of proven assessment measurement tools that can be expanded to include 360° feedback. Participants identify the characteristics of effective leaders, and gain deep insight into the importance of providing both direction and vision to the people they manage.
