Presented by an attorney, it reflects the latest legal decisions affecting the employment relationship. The law is presented in a practical manner, with examples and hypothetical situations.

Participants learn the legal principles that apply in each area, and how to apply those principles to the situations they are most likely to face on a day-to-day basis.
