a plan of action to stimulate change that is strategically and
proactively focused on producing measurable results.
The plan can be broad based or its focus can be narrow—we’ll
decide that together depending on your needs. For example, if succession
planning is needed, we might start with performance models for
key management positions, including knowledge
and skill competencies.
This might expand to include assessments, planning and tracking
systems, in combination with executive coaching and leadership
development.
