- Employee Assessments/Position Profiles
With
a database of 156 validated work skills, you select from
over 50 assessment profiles that match your current positions. These
profiles are based on hundreds of statistical validation
studies of skills that predict success in key positions.
Custom profiles, based on a unique validation study, are
available.
- Interview Guides
Structured interview guides with skill-based questions
and answers are available to objectively evaluate a candidate’s
potential relative to the predictive skills for the position.
- Online Skill Assessment System
The assessment takes 45-60 minutes to complete and
the results are delivered electronically to the client within
one business day. The assessment reports show the individual’s
critical strengths and weaknesses for the predictive skills
for one or more positions. Assessment reports also provide
suggestions and techniques for improving performance relative

This database of company assessments provides a tool for
benchmarking individuals against the skills required for
success in multiple positions. The results of this analysis
are useful for succession planning and training
