Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP)
The Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP) is the leading
assessment of managerial competencies. Designed for supervisors,
middle managers and technical staff MAP assesses 12 critical
managerial competencies as well as managerial, personal and communication
style.
A unique video-simulation provides objective ratings for the
12 competencies. Participant scores are then given a percentile
ranking against the scores of over 75,000 managers from at least
600 organizations. These percentile scores are an objective comparison
with thousands of managers who answered the same questions.
We install the program, take you through the initial cycle,
and train your managers to run future sessions, score responses,
and manage your database.
The program includes assessment, interpretation of results and
development planning. Participants complete an Individual Development
Plan (IDP) outlining how they will increase their proficiency.
